Details you will need to know before moving in
Please complete a separate Application Form for each adult (18 and older). The application fee is $50 per adult and is non-refundable. Each applicant must provide valid ID, rental references, and proof of income. We support Equal Housing Opportunity and never discriminate.
We require a 600 credit score or better and will be reviewing your credit history, rental history, and criminal history. Applications are submitted to a third-party processor; Sagebrush Apartments receives an automatic approval/denial based on the information provided. If you have concerns about your credit qualifications for the apartment, please ask in advance before you apply.
Our typical lease term is 1 year. Short term leases are available for an additional monthly charge: 1-6 months is an additional $200/month on the base rent, 7-11 months is an additional $100/month on the base rent. Military Short Term Lease Special of an additional $100/month on the base rent.
The Move-in fee is $400 and is non-refundable. It is due with the first month’s rent at the time of move in. There is no security deposit.
There is a $250 move out fee. This is for professional carpet and apartment cleaning.
Cats and dogs are welcome. Pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, non-aggressive, and 6 months or older. There is a limit of 3 pets per apartments, and a $50/month rent charge per pet. We ask dogs to be leashed when outside the apartment. Small aquariums are welcome. Other animals to be considered by Manager.
Tenants pay for gas and electric utilities for their apartment. These bills average a little over $100/month for a 2 bedroom apartment and vary by weather and use. Sagebrush Apartments covers water, sewer and trash.
Tenants must have Renters Insurance with a limit of at least $300,000 that names Wyoming Apartments LLC as an additional interest on the policy.
Sagebrush Apartments is military friendly. We offer lease terms that can be adjusted, without penalty, if your assignment or posting changes. Our Military Short Term Lease Special consists of an additional $100/month on the base rent.
Keeping it Nice
Our goal is to provide you a clean, safe, comfortable home and we expect you want to keep it that way. There is no smoking in the apartments, but we provide designated areas for smoking on-site. The apartments are cable ready, so no satellite dishes. Although we do not accept security deposits, tenants are still obliged to keep their apartment home nice and to not to not disturb other tenants. Our on-site staff is always ready to help in any way you may need.
