Application

Before applying, please read our Rent Details & Pet Policy. 

Please complete a separate application for each adult (18 and older) who will live in the apartment. The application fee is $50 per applicant and is non-refundable. Upon submission of your application, a link to pay online will be provided. Applications will be processed once all application(s) and application fee(s) have been submitted.  

We require a 600 credit score or better and will be reviewing your credit history, rental history, criminal history, and collections. Applications are submitted to a third-party processor; Sagebrush Apartments receives an automatic approval/denial based on the information provided. Any negative information may result in application(s) being declined, including any judgements, arrest records, any felony conviction, misdemeanor conviction, any charges that are pending or under indictment defined as crimes against persons, property and society, and/or collection accounts.
