Apartments are remodeled with new or newer appliances and fixtures, and feature central air and heat. The apartments are generously sized, with ample closet space. There is laundry on-site and a beautiful pool for your use during the summertime.

Please ignore all negative reviews before May of 2019! We moved in on May 6th 2019 just when the new owners took over and our experience here has been nothing but awesome! Matt the Manager is extremely helpful and always takes immediate care of whatever we need. They are also Military Friendly which is a plus for us since we are waiting for on-base Housing but in the meantime, we are very lucky and grateful to be living here! 5 stars for Service and Maintenance!

I’ve been here for over 7 years and it’s still the best place I have ever lived at. The grounds are always upkept and clean. Other tenants (neighbors) are friendly and nice. Decent price for a quiet place with a heated pool. I didn’t think Sagebrush Apartments could get any better but when we got our new management in it definitely did. I would highly recommend living here to anyone.

Military-Friendly & Pet-Friendly Apartments in Cheyenne
Sagebrush Apartments is military friendly. We offer lease terms that can be adjusted, without penalty, if your assignment or posting changes. Sagebrush offers one year leases and short term leases are available at an additional fee: 1-6 months is an additional $200/month on the base rent and 7-11 months is an additional $100/month. Military Lease Specials available.
We are also pet friendly. All cats and dogs need to be 6 months old or order and be spayed or neutered, up to date on immunizations, and be non-aggressive. There is a monthly surcharge for pets of $50/month per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets.
Sagebrush Apartments is located a few miles east of Frontier Mall just off of Dell Range Blvd. We are only a 15-minute trip from downtown and F.E. Warren Air Force Base.
